Hudson Valley Agency Alliance (HVAA), LLC was established in 1998 by the Rollins Agency, Inc. of Tuckahoe, NY. As a Master Agency affiliated with SIAA, Inc., HVAA is an exclusive alliance of Independent Insurance Agencies located throughout the Counties of Westchester, Dutchess, Putnam, and Rockland in the State of New York. We are dedicated to providing local independent insurance agents with the opportunity to flourish by opening access to benefits typically available only to large regional agencies producing significant volumes of insurance business.
Founded in 1910, The Rollins Agency currently maintains a staff of more than 40 employees, and is one of the leading insurance agencies in the metropolitan area, with strong relationships with all the major carriers. These relationships translate into opportunities for our alliance members. Rollins offers a full line of insurance products including commercial and personal property and casualty insurance, life and health insurance, and financial services.
Markham F. Rollins III

Markham F. Rollins III, Chairman & CEO of The Rollins Agency, Inc., and head of the company's Commercial Insurance Group, earned a bachelor's degree from The University of Hartford in business administration with a concentration on Insurance in 1980. In his capacity as head of the Commercial Insurance Group, Mark has responsibility for the companies 75 largest clients, as well as the training and sales management of the entire commercial lines support staff and sales team. He also is responsible for overseeing all new commercial business production.
Mark is very active in the insurance industry and has held positions on advisory council boards for several insurance companies including the National Board for Fireman's Fund and the advisory board for Aetna. He is also a past board member for the Independent Insurance Agents of Westchester. Mark currently serves on the advisory board for Travelers Insurance Company, and also the editorial advisory board for Rough Notes Magazine, an insurance industry publication.

Charles J. Rollins (Chuck) is Co-Chairman and President of The Rollins Agency, Inc. and oversees the Personal Insurance and Employee Benefits Groups. Chuck is responsible for all new business development in these areas, while ensuring that superior value-added services are provided to all clients. Chuck is a Charter Member of Berkshire Life Preferred Producer Group. Traveler’s Insurance Company recently included Chuck and The Rollins Agency in a select group of only 18 “Agents of the Year” out of their 8,500 personal lines agents, nationally.
Carla Moccia Paribello

Carla joined the Rollins Agency in 1994. Over the last 10 years, she has worked to recruit independent insurance agents throughout the territory as members of the Hudson Valley Agency Alliance. Carla is the liaison to current members as well as Insurance Carriers. She is responsible for HVAA marketing strategies and overall management of the Master Agency.
Carla has significant experience working with clients in both the personal and commercial insurance sectors. Prior to joining The Rollins Agency, Carla and her brother, John Moccia, owned and managed another insurance agency.Carla lives in Rye with her two children.
